Shocking customer service at till area. Rude, abrupt and no idea about the concept of personal space. Last 2 visits have been the same, only this last visit ended up with me aborting my purchase mid way through. Do not appreciate being spoken to as if I'm a child. Something which was echoed by another lady outside of store, who had exactly the same experience. Will not use this store again, and will advise others to find a different store.

Quite a big store with free parking, There is lots of choice and a good selection of childrens clothes. I went during the sale and got a few bargains. The staff at the till were really friendly and helpful. i had to return a pair of trousers and they were great, there was no fuss, no forms to fill in or questions asked just a quick refund which is all you want.
